Think you’ve still got some speed? Or just looking for a fun night with the community? Come join us at the RHS Johnson Field Community Track Meet on June 18 at 5:30 PM!

🔥 Events Include:
• Standing Long Jump
• Shot Put Throw
• 100m Dash
• 400m Dash
• Mixed Ages Relay (teams assigned day of)

👟 Age Divisions:
18–35 | 36–50 | 51–65 | 66+

💲 Registration Fee: Only $5

🌭 Burgers & hotdogs provided for participants and spectators!

🏆 Grand prizes for individuals who compete in ALL events!

Join us for POWER HOUR, a 10-week group fitness program through Heart of America Medical Center! Whether you’re just getting started or already love to work out, this class is designed for all fitness levels.

🏋️‍♀️ What to expect:
✔️ 2 coached group workouts each week
✔️ Full-body strength & conditioning circuits
✔️ Motivation, accountability, and community support
✔️ Access to a private Facebook group with extra workouts and encouragement
