Happy National Activity Professionals Week!
This week is to honor activity professionals in nursing homes, assisted living, and senior care for their work in providing engaging, therapeutic activities.
This year the theme is "Beyond the Ordinary: Everyday Superheroes".

Family Christmas party at the Living Center was so fun. We had great snacks and 2 special visitors to add to the Christmas fun!

We loaded up the bus Tuesday evening and drove around Rugby to look at Christmas lights. It was nice to see the smiles and Joy. We had conversations about when they decorated for Christmas and some family traditions they had.

We were lucky to have some special guests come in today to make the famous Ted Mitzel Kuchen. We had so much fun sharing memories of Ted. Thank you, Dorothy, Stephanie, Betty, and Gerald, for spending the afternoon with us!

HAMC Auxiliary will host its 33rd annual Tree of Giving Ceremony on Thursday Dec. 4th at 5pm at the HAMC Living Center. This project supports HAMC Hospice, Haaland Estates, Heart of America Johnson Clinic and Medical Center. If you would like to donate to this great cause contact Stacey Lunde.

Activities cooked the Annual family and friends Thanksgiving meal today! We had a great turnout and had so much fun visiting.
