Blue Lotus Healing Arts Center and Day Spa has 7 treatment rooms with pine tree views overlooking the Rio Ruidoso. Treatment offerings include couples massage, hot stone, warm oil treatments, facials, PediKarma, body scrubs & wraps, waxing, eyelash extensions and more. We offer morning and evening yoga classes, a yoga teacher certification program, massage CEU courses, and weekend yoga workshops. Performed by a trained therapist in a safe, side-lying position with full support, this massage helps ease tension, reduce aches, and create a calming space for both you and your little one. Communication and comfort are always a priority, allowing you to fully relax during this special time.

Please note that you will be asked how far along in your pregnancy you are at booking, as we do not book prenatal massages until the start of the second trimester.
