Topline Therapy is starting our STRETCHED – STACKED – STRONG program again! The classes will be starting January 6th 2026 and will be every Tuesday @ 7:45 am, and Thursday @ 7:45 am. Classes will be 45 minutes, ending at 8:30 SHARP. Dana and Angela will be instructing the classes.

The class duration is 8 weeks and will cost $125 if paid up front, or $10 per session, please arrive 10-15 minutes early if you have not prepaid and prepare to pay with cash or check. Prepayment can be made with a CC as well as cash or check.

Requirements: You will need a yoga matt, and a set of 2 Yoga blocks. Please know that you cannot leave these items, please take them with you. We will have some if you do not, and you can purchase them from us, at cost, if needed. Also, you will need to be able to transfer from the floor to an upright position. This action will not need to be quick, just a transition.

Another fun filled weekend with Wanderlust Running Unlimited!! The Topline Therapy Team was at Wingfield park helping The Grindstone Trail Runners work out the kinks after racing a 4 mile, 8.5 mile, or 13.8 mile course. We are looking forward to next year already!

Everyone come out and enjoy the Art Show and bid for an AMAZING cause!

Dana made this GORGEOUS quilt and it will be in a silent auction this weekend 7/25 - 7/27 at the Ruidoso Art Festival that will be held at the convention center. The auction will be between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm on Sunday 7/27/25. ALL MONIES will go to Community Foundation of Lincoln County. These funds will go DIRECTLY to people that have been affected by the recent events. Everyone, please go and help build back our community! Thank you all for the support, see you there!

Topline Therapy had the opportunity to team up with Wanderlust Running Unlimited to help at Ruidoso RunFest! Dana, Kristin, and Angela were on point helping 31 people after the Half Marathon/Full Marathon & Ultra! Ft. Stanton did not disappoint with gorgeous scenery and a great venue for running. We all had a super fun time and look forward to the Grindstone Trail Race on August 23, 2025 at Wingfield Park. Topline Therapy will be there helping racers again.
