Thats a wrap for Senior Gatherings 2025. It has been a great year of presentations, movement and food, this month was no different.
Thank you to Stephany Jaques, President of Rumford Hospital for infoming us with all that they have to offer and all the updates.
We had a great session of BINGO with lots of laughs and great prizes.
Thank you to The Basket-lady herself, Mitzi Sequoia for offering her moving freely class.
And another great meal cooked by Michelle Williams.

Winter storms can come with unpredictable weather, like high winds, icy conditions, and flooding, resulting in power outages, unsafe road conditions, and increased risk of hypothermia. Be prepared for winter storms with:

Warm layers and blankets.
Charge rechargeable lights and have flashlights and new and extra batteries accessible.
At least a 3-day supply of food and water.
Sanitation/hygiene items (hand sanitizer, toilet paper, moist wipes, etc.).
Medication.
First Aid kit.
Have a place to go if your home becomes too cold.
Call 911 in an emergency.
