Wednesday reminder: Going to counseling doesn't make you "crazy!" It makes you strong 💪 It means you are doing self-care! Even if you are hopeless or even feeling suicidal, that doesn't automatically equal a hospital stay. That's a last resort! There's help out there & it's possible to get better! There's always HOPE!! ❤️
