Please keep in mind All Blue Ridge Family Medicine related business needs to be conducted by calling our office at 276-686-4007 or by using the provider portal. Messages left on our secure lines during normal business hours are checked and answered daily. This includes setting up appointment with our providers. Texting our providers on their personal phones is not HIPAA compliant. Information that is sent to personal cell phones can be accessed or seen by anyone. We can not protect your information if you are sending it out to unsecured devices. Several of our staff members including 2 providers have other jobs beside working at our location, phones get laid on desk and messages sent can be seen by anyone passing by. Please don’t contact our providers outside their normal schedule days at our location. By contacting the office we can address your needs and should the need a raise we can contact providers off in a safe HIPAA complaint way. We also offer a 24 hour call service to assist patients outside of our normal operating hours. We work really hard to keep all your information safe. Please help us help you.

Thursday 9-5pm
Friday 8-4pm
Closed M, W, Th and F 12-1 for lunch and Tuesdays 3-4

Labcorp phlebotomist are available daily
8-4:30 pm
Closed daily from 12-1

Please remember all Blue Ridge Family related business will need to be conducted during business hours. We offer early morning daily lab’s appointments through Labcorp to help satisfy the needs for fasting labs for our patients and our community. You do not have to be a patient here in order to have labs done here. Blue Ridge staff and providers are not available outside normal hours unless through the call service.

Our automatic patient reminder system. The only messages this system can send is appointment reminders, which can be confirmed by the patient. If you need to cancel or reschedule you will need to call the office and speak to a staff member.

Happy Law Enforcement Day to all that serve our county. We are very thanksful to all our patients that serve this county, state and community.
