Our mental health team in Chickasha wants you to know you are not alone and there are tools that can help when you’re feeling overwhelmed.

Try this grounding exercise to calm your mind. Find:
1️⃣ things you can see in the space you're in
2️⃣ things you can feel physically
3️⃣ things you can hear around you
4️⃣ things you can smell in the air
5️⃣ thing you can taste right now

This simple technique can help you refocus and take the next step, whether that’s a distraction or reaching out for support.
