WOW is here! Centerstone’s Wellness on Wheels mobile unit is built to reach individuals experiencing homelessness and others who face barriers to care in Manatee and DeSoto Counties.

Through WOW, Centerstone provides:
💙Outreach
💙Case management & peer support
💙Therapy
💙HIV testing
💙Access to a provider (with transportation if needed)
💙Help with food stamps, Medicaid, Social Security & free government phones
💙Referrals to housing programs and wraparound services

No appointment needed, anyone can walk up when they see the van in the community. It’s just one more way we’re working to break down barriers and bring care to those who need it most.
