What do you know about earthing? It’s a curious idea, but I promise there are benefits! You might feel calmer or that you’re getting a better night’s sleep. I’m talking’s about measurable energy that you can be in direct contact with from the earth. Get barefoot and walk or sit in the grass! Try it for 15 or 20 minutes or longer.

I am in Rushville at Rush Creek Roots on MONDAY and TUESDAY next week, April 4 and 5 if you would like a session.

There’s a special going on at 3 Little Birds Healing House in Hemingford on the following Friday, April 8 from 5-8. I will be there if you wish to set up a Reiki appointment during the morning and early afternoon. The cost is $40. Johnna will be featuring lots of gift items and there’s the salt room too.
