Are you about to start your Physical Therapy and wonder what you should wear for your PT appointment?
Always go for comfort! Wearing breathable, stretchy, loose-fitting clothing similar to what you would wear to the gym would be ideal.

Consider flexibility in performing exercises, stretches, or any movement in choosing your clothing.

You can also wear layers of clothing for warmth as you may feel cold at the beginning and may want to shed some outer layers once you start to heat up as the session progresses.

Make sure that access to the injury, pain, or area of focus for evaluation and treatment is unrestricted.

A pair of athletic shoes with socks.
Great examples are: T-shirts and athletic shorts, jogging pants, loose-fitting sweatshirt or pullovers, running/gym shoes, and hair ties.
