👏🏻 Another major step in PBM Reform! This time at the Federal level! For the 1st time in 20 years there will be Medicare reform!

If you remember all the work that was done months ago, our communities helped us fight for this at a state level and now it is at a national level. There is still work to do but we did get:
✔ Stronger Medicare Part D oversight, real CMS enforcement power, and removal of PBM incentives tied to inflated list prices.
What pharmacies did NOT get (yet):
❌ Spread pricing bans
❌ Mandatory rebate pass-through
❌ Medicaid and commercial PBM reforms
❌ Guaranteed fair reimbursement formulas
