Hey there👋, it's been a while. I'm Darian Rowles, the owner of Studio D. I've been a personal trainer for ten years, a mother to four incredible human beings for 22 years, a health coach, a
pilates instructor, former T.V. Host, motivational speaker, and the author of my baby Uncork Your Life.

If you're looking for a safe space to be VULNERABLE🤗 with your fitness, I'm your gal. I proudly tell you I was once a newbie to Pilates and was a demanding client because I was used to the rushing ways of the world. Years of strenuous weight lifting and working side by side more closely than personal training was a new experience.

But after four c-sections, and three other surgeries for female issues, my body needed something to feel alive and free--and Pilates is what did it for me.😊 I loved how this new form of fitness made me feel. I thought I knew everything about exercise until I met my second love-PILATES.
