Did you know? β€˜50s film star James Dean grew up in Fairmount, Indiana. He was raised by his aunt and uncle after his mother died of cancer when he was young. James Dean was killed in a car accident when he was only 24 years old.

Last week we had the chance to visit the James Dean Museum in Fairmount to see the collection of memorabilia and learn more about the actor.

πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€Thank you Lux Family! πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

Earlier this year, the family of Ralph Lux made a generous donation to Shares in his memory. Because Ralph loved basketball, we felt the best way to honor him was to add extra patio space and a basketball goal at our Shelbyville location. We love it!

Fall y'all! πŸŽπŸπŸ‚πŸπŸˆ

Fall is in the air, and we've been baking up a storm! Greenfield recently observed Marshmallow Monday, Waffle Wednesday, and of course Blue Friday to cheer the Colts to victory!

Over in Rushville, we sampled different varieties of apples and then baked a delicious apple pie - can't you practically smell these pictures?

Give us a ❀️if you love fall as much as we do!

Partnership Spotlight:

Last week the Shelby County Health Department visited to talk to us about Emergency Preparedness. Michelle Lovitt and Sandra Hall spoke about practicing evacuation routes, stocking an emergency kit, and planning for various kinds of emergencies. They handed out bags with items that can be used in an emergency.

Thank you for this informative session!
