Meridian Health Services is a progressive healthcare organization that believes in treating the “whole person” integrating physical, mental and social well-being to help people achieve their optimum health. This approach connects treatments and doctors working together to heal both the body and mind for total well-being. Not only does Meridian’s spectrum of services connect medical and behavioral health, but also delivers programs focused on human services like independent living support, job skills training, foster care for special needs children, to counseling and support services for victims of child abuse. Meridian is the first and currently only behavioral healthcare system in Indiana to offer such care. Simply, Meridian helps people cope and gives families hope to make the most of their lives. Services for Adults and Children:
Routine medical care
Behavioral health services
Physicals for adults and children
Illness visits
Case management
Treatment of chronic medical conditions
Complete prenatal care and hospital delivery by board certified obstetrician/family physician
Well-baby and well-child exams
Women’s health exams including pregnancy testing
Care during menopause
Child immunizations
Child lead screening
Smoking cessation education
Assistance with Medicaid and completing Hoosier Healthwise applications
Assistance with medications
Appropriate referrals to specialists

Services are provided here by the on-site staff of medical doctors, nurse practitioners and behavioral clinicians.
24 hour call coverage and sliding fee scale eligibility. Medicaid/Medicare and most insurance accepted.
