✨📍 Teres Minor📍✨
Teres Minor is a small but important muscle of the rotator cuff!
— Common indicators for overuse of this muscle are limited range of motion and dull aching in the shoulder that can cause discomfort during overhead activities or rotation of the shoulder. —
🙆🏼‍♀️ STRETCH IT:
• Begin in a standing position, take one arm and place it across your chest.
• Using your other hand, grab the outer elbow of the arm that’s across your body. Push that arm into your body to feel more of a stretch.
• Relax the arm that is across your chest and hold for about 30 seconds. Repeat on the other arm!

& don’t forget- stretch as far as you are comfortable but never stretch to the point of pain!💥
