As many of you already know, we will be moving into our new location in the next month or so. It will be located on Bernard Lane next to Java Springs. We are getting a lot of questions, so I wanted to provide a little information. We will still have the nutrition store as normal but, we will also have a private gym for training sessions. This means during training sessions me and who ever I am working with will be the only one in there. We did this because we understand many people do not go to the gym because they are embarrassed, don't want people staring, or simply intimidated. Here we eliminate that and create a safe and welcoming environment for newcomers and seasoned veterans. In over 10 years of experience, I have worked with men, women, athletes, teenagers, and children. Depending on your goals, training will be focused on things like weight loss/gain, strength gain, conditioning, and overall health & wellness improvement. For all of the parents who have been asking, yes, I will be providing 1on1 and group sessions for athletes that will be focused on their specific sport and goals. We will also have a limited number of monthly memberships for people not needing training. A few spots have already been filled so if you are interested, please reach out and we can provide you with more information and pricing information. Thank you!
