If you have been in the shop before you already know how important I believe these are. A question we get asked ALL the time is “what are BCAAs and should I take them.” BCAAs consist of three amino acids, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. BCAAs are not just for people who work out, we sell just as much if not more to people who don’t workout. By taking these they do a lot of things for your body such as build muscle, prevent soreness, prevent fatigue, help with weight management, etc. It is a top three seller in the shop. It is one of the few supplements I take daily that I can really feel a difference when I am not taking them. They come in tons of flavors so you can always mix it up and it is a non stimulant meaning you can take it any time of the day.

Here at Cumberland Nutrition/Fitness we strive to bring health and wellness to our community. For the past 3 years we have been the go-to location for all of your supplement needs. Since opening we have created and helped over 120 clients with individualized meal plans to help lose/gain weight, build muscle and strength. In March we took it a step further by expanding becoming the first gym in the area to offer private 1on1 and group training. Since March we have trained over 40 individuals. Including males, females, children, teens, athletes, and all levels of age and fitness levels. My favorite part of my job is sharing the success stories and transformations of our friends. I started working with JoAnn back in March. Her initial goals were to tone up her stomach but ultimately put on some muscle and build strength. We dialed in her macros and started training at Cumberland Fitness. As you can tell by these photos we have accomplished all three. She has not only lost over 12 pounds but more importantly dropped 3 pant sizes!Her strength in the gym has exploded and has really began putting on muscle. She has shown great determination and discipline. This is just the beginning and we are very excited to be a part of your journey!
