Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Class
Tofu Parmesan
Now that the holidays are over, it’s time to get back to cooking. For our next class, we will make an Italian classic with a little twist but lots of flavor. We will be learning how to make tofu parmesan. It has the same texture and flavor as the classic chicken parmesan but is much healthier and easier to make. We will add a side of spaghetti, sour dough bread and maybe even a sweet treat. Perfect for a special Valentine’s meal.
This event will be held on Thursday February 5th at The Lander Firehall from 5:30-7:00pm. A $30 donation is requested at each class. Seating is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
