Lander Hope Clinic offers tick and Lyme testing options, including a rapid finger-stick Lyme test with results available in minutes. This can help provide clearer answers when concerns arise after a tick bite. Don't forget to save the tick and bring him with you so that he can be sent out for testing at no additional charge for our established patients. Not a patient with us yet? Cooking Class Reminder

Just a reminder that there are still spaces available for our whole food plant-based cooking class Thursday April 2nd from 5:30 to 7:00pm at The Lander Fire Hall. We are featuring Meatless Meatloaf, Scalloped Potatoes, and Glazed Carrots. We will also have homemade sour dough bread.
A $30 donation is requested at each class. Space is limited and Preregistration is required. Cash or checks only. Please contact the clinic store at 814-593-0013 or email us at landerclinicstore@gmail.com with any questions.
If you attended the previous class, remember to bring your recipe binder. We will be adding to it.

Springtime should feel hopeful, not stressful. After time outdoors hiking, gardening, or enjoying wooded areas, a quick tick check can go a long way toward peace of mind:

🔹Check behind knees, around the waist, under arms, and along the hairline
🔹Check children and pets as well

Make sure you save the tick in a piece of tape or a baggie. Don't forget that we provide a send out tick testing of the bug free of charge for our patients. If something doesn’t feel right after a bite, do not wait it out. Call us at (814) 593-0011. We are here to help our neighbors stay well.

Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Class

Meatless “Meatloaf"

For our next class, we will make a true comfort meal. We will be learning how to make a meatless “meatloaf”, creamy scalloped potatoes, and maple glazed carrots. As always, we will have sourdough bread and a sweet treat available as well.
This event will be held on Thursday April 2nd at The Lander Firehall from 5:30-7:00pm. A $30 donation is requested at each class. Seating is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Cash or check only (no credit cards) will be accepted at the door on the day of the class.
