The staff jar had 957 pieces of candy, and Tira came the closest with her guess of 983!
The resident jar had 1,052 pieces, and Ann was our closest guess with 1,200!

Happy Mother's Day to all of the incredible women in our lives! Our activity director, Jerrica Strouse, shared some beautiful words with us:

"Motherhood doesn’t always look the same for everyone in this room. Some of you raised children, some helped raise grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors, or anyone who needed love and guidance. But every one of you has left fingerprints on somebody’s life. Today is about celebrating the care, strength, sacrifices, and love you’ve given over the years. Thank you for the stories, wisdom, stubbornness, humor, and hearts that make this place feel like family."

This morning was full of creativity as we painted our flower pots, getting them ready to plant something beautiful next week 🌸

This afternoon was just as special — our first graders came for their final visit of the year. We spent time together making crafts, sharing laughs, and enjoying animal crackers and lemonade.

These visits have meant so much to all of us, and we’re truly going to miss their bright smiles and sweet energy. What a perfect way to wrap up such a special connection 💛
