Wellness Wednesday: Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps 🥬🔥🏀

March Madness is here—and so are the snacks. Whether you’re cheering for your bracket or just here for the food, these Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps deliver the perfect combo of flavor, protein, and crunch—without the guilt! 💥

🛒 Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)

¼ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or light ranch

1 tbsp cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)

½ tsp garlic powder

1 head butter lettuce or romaine, leaves separated

¼ cup shredded carrots

¼ cup chopped celery

¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Chopped green onions for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until creamy and evenly coated.
