Just wanted to update everyone on our hours these next couple of weeks!

We will be closed for Christmas starting tomorrow (12/24) through Friday (12/26).

The following week we will have our normal hours on Monday and Tuesday (12/29 and 12/30) and then be closed the rest of the week.

We will be using this time to make our transition to the new office on 718 N Main St in Russell!!

Starting Jan. 5th, we will be at 718 N Main! We are beyond excited to share this space with the Russell community and help it become a place to heal better and live better!!

Hey all!

We will be closed next week 11/26 through 11/28 and back to normal hours on Monday (12/1).

Some fun news! We just recently became Webster-certified!

What does this mean?

Well, the Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment for pregnant women that reduces nervous system stress, balances pelvic bones, muscles and ligaments and optimizes momma’s pelvic function in pregnancy and birth!

Furthermore, it helps improve lower back pain, enhances movement, and provides more comfort to mom.

We’re excited to continue to further our skills for this community. Thank you continuing to trust us with your care!!

I know we haven’t posted in awhile but we’ve been busy with our renovations! Here are a few photos of what we’ve been up to - we are so excited to get into this place and keep growing to serve you all better!

We have some big news here at Wallpe Chiropractic Restoration!

As many of you already know, we’re are in the process of moving to Main Street here in Russell.

We are currently working on renovating our beautiful building into a space that is welcoming and wholesome - a place to heal better, move better, be stronger, and live better!

A bigger space will allow us to offer more services to the community and let us keep growing to better serve you.

We still don’t have a set move date, but we will keep you all updated as soon as we know. In the meantime, here are some current photos of what we have been doing!

— Just a heads up —

The office will be closed starting this Thursday afternoon (7/17) all the way through next Monday (7/21). We are taking some time to go back to Indiana and visit family and friends!

We will be back open our normal hours Tuesday, the 22nd!

Did you know that when you visit a chiropractor, you don’t always have to be “cracked” to be successfully adjusted!

There are many chiropractic techniques and one I use everyday is the Activator Methods!

The Activator is a spring-loaded instrument that we use to adjust specific areas within your body. This technique allows for very specific and consistent adjustments without any of the manual “popping!”

I’ve seen wonderful results with this when it comes to all sorts of pain and it’s non-aggressive too. Essentially, it gets your brain communicating with your body better to allow for self-correction.

So, if you’re someone who doesn’t like to be manually adjusted, are nervous with the hands-on adjusting, maybe have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, or just looking for a new approach to your regular chiropractic care… reach out to learn more!

Year 1

This past week marked 1 year of being open and treating the Russell and surrounding communities. I am very honored and appreciative to be working in this town. Moving here from Indiana was intimidating, but I have been met with open arms and I will be forever thankful for that! Thank you to all who have supported this dream!

Building this business from the ground up has been one of the most challenging, yet rewarding things I’ve done… And we’re not even CLOSE to being done yet! We will continue to grow this practice BRICK BY BRICK to bring true, impactful, holistic change to you.

From making simple little business mistakes to making real change in people’s lives for the better, it’s all been 100% worth it. I promise to continue to learn and grow to provide the best care I can to you all.

We have done so much this past year - from having a booth at the fair, having our open house, hosting a What’s Up in Russell, hosting multiple sourdough classes, sponsoring different events throughout the community, helping with a muscle recovery tent at Wicked Fest, and more.

With all this said, we have so so much more in store for year 2! We are going to be making some HUGE changes to continue to provide top-notch chiropractic and wellness care for you all.

Follow along (or better yet - come on in!) for all the fun and exciting things we will be doing this year! You don’t want to miss out!
