Why?
During the winter, we have less daylight and spend more time indoors. Less daylight and more inside time automatically decrease your risk of sun exposure following laser treatment, which is why we consider winter “laser season.”

What is RHA Redensity?
It is an injectable gel (also called a dermal filler) used to treat moderate and severe lines and wrinkles. It is injected in the moving (dynamic) area around the
mouth.

A benefit of using RHA Redensity is that it is produced with hyaluronic acid (HA), using an advanced technology to obtain a soft and long-lasting injectable gel to smooth facial wrinkles and folds.

The HA of the gel is made from a non-animal source.
RHA Redensity contains a small amount of an anesthetic medicine (lidocaine), to reduce pain during injection.

Our Story

Vitality Medical Spa, previously known as VSpa, will be opening its doors on October 4th, 2018. We invite you to join us for an open house from 5-8pm at the spa that day. We are renovating and are adding a wide variety of technology and services to provide as close to pain-free services as possible. Whether its for injectables, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, Ulthera skin tighening, Lipotron sculpting, Skin Classic, facials, or treatment of dermatologic disorders like acne, we hope to provide you with an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, calm, and pain free when you walk out the door. We will be offering an expanding retail inventory including glo skin care and makeup, eltaMD skincare, Kendra Scott accessories and LipSmart. We are also very excited to announce that we will be including medical weight loss as a service offered and have a very skilled, knowledgeable and licensed medical staff to assist you in your goals.

VSpa of Arkansas was founded by Sandra Kremp over 15 years ago. She evolved her company from Valley Laser Cosmetics that served the River Valley for about five years. Timing, success, and client satisfaction provided the momentum for expansion. The result? Newer, more advanced services for clients arriving from across the US. VSpa of Arkansas is a medical spa offering the highest level of non-invasive aesthetics. Armed with scientific research and a licensed medical staff, we are the place that helps you reach the goals you have wanted and deserved. For more than fifteen years, we have delivered real results. For hundreds of loyal clients, we have become known as the aesthetics experts and hope to continue to expand upon assisting women and men in becoming and feeling like their best selves.
