Winter Weather Clinic Update – Thursday, January 29, 2026

Due to continued hazardous conditions on side streets and rural roads, our Hot Springs clinic will remain closed today.

In Russellville, our parking lot has been cleared and we will have limited administrative staff on site. However, many of our providers are still unable to safely travel to the clinic, so clinical services will be limited.

Across both locations, we will once again be completing appointments primarily via telehealth whenever possible. Patients will be contacted directly if their appointment is affected.

The safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority. Please continue to check back here for updates.

Big news for maternal health in rural Arkansas!

Our team recently completed ultrasound training, allowing us to expand prenatal care at our Russellville and Hot Springs locations, as well as at every ARMOR mobile health clinic service site.

This means more access, earlier support, and better outcomes for moms and babies - especially in areas where care has been hard to reach.

We’re proud to be closing the gap in care with compassion, mobility, and a focus on whole-person wellness.

At River Valley Medical Wellness, we believe that every woman deserves access to compassionate, high-quality care, no matter where she lives. Thanks to funding from the Arkansas Department of Human Services, we’re proud to share a major milestone in the expansion of our maternal health services.Re...
