We have accomodations available for staff if they wish to stay the night at the facility!

🍽️ Guests: Each resident may invite up to 2 guests to eat with them. (guest trays available at no cost)

📌 RSVP required by 02/06/2026 to ensure we have enough seating and meals prepared.

Week 3 and our friends are clearly getting too comfortable here 🎄👀
Between sneaking snacks, checking on our residents, and causing a little mischief, Sprinkle and Twinkle are loving life at the nursing home. The smiles and laughs say it all—this place really does feel like home ❤️✨

Stay tuned… we’re not sure what trouble they will get into next!

Our little troublemakers have officially settled in for the season, and they are only getting bolder! 😂🧝‍♂️

For the second week in a row, they have been popping up in new spots, keeping the residents guessing and the staff laughing. From sneaky surprises to sweet moments, they are definitely keeping the holiday spirit alive around here. ❤️✨

It’s the sweetest time of the year at Russellville Nursing and Rehab, and our Angel Tree is officially up! Each number on the tree represents one of our wonderful residents!

Ian Bryan with First State Bank earned the highest individual score, bowling a 198! 💥
Americold Logistics took home Best Team Name with “Chilluminati”
Denali brought home Best Dressed with their team dressed as the Mystery Gang from Scooby-Doo! 🕵️‍♂️
