Knowledge is power — and early detection can save lives. 💪

Here are some common warning signs of breast cancer to watch for:

🔹 A lump in the breast or underarm
🔹 Swelling or thickening in part of the breast
🔹 Irritation or dimpling of breast skin
🔹 Redness or flaky skin on the ni**le or breast
🔹 Ni**le discharge (other than breast milk)
🔹 Changes in the size or shape of the breast
🔹 Pain in any area of the breast

👉 If you notice any of these symptoms, don’t wait — contact your healthcare provider right away.

💗 Prevention Tips:

✅ Perform monthly self-exams
✅ Get regular mammograms as recommended for your age/group
✅ Maintain a healthy weight and stay physically active
✅ Limit alcohol consumption
✅ Avoid smoking
✅ Know your family history
