We’ve been celebrating the incredible team that keeps our residents safe, cared for, and smiling. Honestly, we couldn’t have picked better CNAs, we’re so grateful for each and every one of them.

Thank you for your compassion, your hard work, and your heart. We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re lucky to have you!

💙 Shoutout to CNA Brianna Chaney! 💙
A resident representative stopped us in the hallway tonight just to brag on Brianna and we couldn’t agree more!

“I just want to brag on this one,” they said, pointing to Brianna. “She has treated me and my husband like family the whole time we’ve been here. We pull the light and she is right there.”

That’s the kind of care that defines us. ❤️
The family member went on to say, “Y’all have some good nurses and CNAs here. They work hard and have treated us like family. I may end up coming here next month after my knee surgery. I love it here.”

Brianna, thank you for leading with heart and showing what true compassion in care looks like. We see you and so do our families. 👏✨

We closed out Nurses Week strong here in Russellville and we couldn’t have done it without our incredible partners!

A huge thank you to Hospice of North Alabama for providing an amazing lunch that had everyone smiling. Special shoutout to Stacey Bishop, who always treats us right and goes above and beyond for our team.

And thank you to Compassus Hospice for the delicious ice cream social this week it was the perfect treat! We especially want to give some love to Anna from Compassus, who always brings the sweetest energy and support. We just love her!

We are so grateful for these amazing partnerships and the way they help us make Nurses Week and Nursing Home Week extra special for our staff and residents here at Arabella.

In Russellville, Nurses Week was all about love, laughter, and lots of spoiling! From donuts and coffee to sweet treats, soups, fun gifts, and even some delicious affirmations, we made sure our amazing nurses felt every bit of the appreciation they deserve.

One of the highlights? Our nurses’ appreciation wall, filled with heartfelt messages from our residents.

It was a week to remember for a team we’ll never forget!
