Join me tonight for Community Yoga at Trinity Lutheran lower hall (Russellville) from 5:00–6:00 PM.

Tonight we’re doing things a little differently… starting backwards in the most beautiful way. 💛

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to help settle the nervous system, soften the mind, and bring you back into your body. From there, we’ll move into a mini sound bath 🪘🔔 for deep relaxation and energetic release, and then flow gently into slow, nurturing stretch yoga — perfect for all levels.

This is your time to breathe, reset, and simply be.

✨ Healing Journey Continues… Off to Cozumel ✨

The healing journey continues… and my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

I’m heading to Cozumel for a soul-nourishing retreat — a sacred pause to breathe deeper, reconnect with the ocean, listen to my inner wisdom, and refill my cup so I can continue pouring love back into others. 🌊💚

This chapter is about:
