for a unique and nurturing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and truly receive.

We will begin with a gentle cacao ceremony, a heart-opening ritual used for generations to support connection, intention, and inner calm.

Cacao helps invite a sense of warmth, presence, and relaxation—creating the perfect space to ease into our healing evening together.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soft drumming to calm the nervous system and bring the body into a state of rest and balance.

You’ll also be introduced to reflexology for self-healing, learning simple, powerful techniques you can use at home to support relaxation and overall wellness.

✨ Each guest will receive a reflexology kit, including:
• Reflexology chart
• Thai reflexology stick
• Crystal tool for pressure points
• A supportive essential oil blend

We will also explore ear reflexology (auricular acupressure)—a gentle yet powerful way to support the body through specific points in the ear.

Join me tonight for Community Yoga at Trinity Lutheran lower hall (Russellville) from 5:00–6:00 PM.

Tonight we’re doing things a little differently… starting backwards in the most beautiful way. 💛

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to help settle the nervous system, soften the mind, and bring you back into your body. From there, we’ll move into a mini sound bath 🪘🔔 for deep relaxation and energetic release, and then flow gently into slow, nurturing stretch yoga — perfect for all levels.

This is your time to breathe, reset, and simply be.

✨ Healing Journey Continues… Off to Cozumel ✨

The healing journey continues… and my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

I’m heading to Cozumel for a soul-nourishing retreat — a sacred pause to breathe deeper, reconnect with the ocean, listen to my inner wisdom, and refill my cup so I can continue pouring love back into others. 🌊💚
