Friday June 20th 8:30-9:30pm at Sage Studio Salon in Russellville. Mask up and zen out as you wind down into your weekend. This hour-long stress reducing mind massage will open with a calming breathing exercise followed by a body scan meditation to ease you into the remainder of the sound bath. Saturday June 28th 8:30-10:00am at Sunset Point, Mt. Nebo. Begin with gentle stretching followed by a mile hike through the Rim and Lizard trail back to Sunset Point. I’m the teacher! ☺️ This will be a springtime-themed yoga class built for preschoolers. As with any of my kids yoga routines I include mindfulness, yoga poses, and breathing 🧘🏻‍♀️ No need to bring a yoga mat—just bring yourselves! Hope to see you there 🥰

The natural resonant frequency of the Earth itself, also known as its "Schumann Resonance,” is approximately 7.83 Hz. It was a beautiful day—and I mean more than just the weather. My kids were out playing on their bikes when we decided to take an ice cream break. Filled with joy, I reminded them how much I love them as we sat together and ate our customized cones. My thoughts were beautiful. My surroundings were beautiful. My words were beautiful. My thoughts were beautiful. The sounds around us were beautiful. In that moment I really could feel the beauty of life.

Some of us get addicted to chain-smoking our problems. We may spend all day going from sorrow to sorrow. It doesn't have to be that way. You can live each day going from joy to joy—like a sunflower that turns to face the sun as it moves across the sky. It's not about having a problem-free life, but about focusing on the light. Sunflowers still have shadows, but they are always behind them.
