CONVICTED IN 2003 s*xual abuse against a 7 year old
2002 admitted to s*xually touching numerous children
Judges! Lawyers!

I am a therapist who works with s*xually abused children & adults. I see the damage from this DAILY!!
This infuriates me!
I have had children tell me in session “Why tell? Nothing is going to happen anyway!” Well, that’s what they say when they are old enough to verbalize it!
How about this…
How about after the 1995 s*xual abuse against a 3 year old he gets the death penalty! Then the 3 year old gets some semblance of justice and the other kids are protected from this evil! AND other pedos may decide it’s not worth it to FAFO!
But NOOOO! Let’s give all of the sick bastards numerous chances to “get right” while the s*xually abused kids get a life sentence!

Description of Crime: Convicted of S*xual Assault 2nd Degree on 2/19/2003. Offender engaged in s*xual contact with a female acquaintance who was approximately 7 years old.
Criminal History - S*xual/Violence: S*xual Abuse 1st Degree (1995). Offender engaged in s*xual contact with a female child approximately 3 years old.
Victim preferences: Convicted of offending against 7 year old and 3 year old females. He was alleged to have solicited s*x from an 8 year old female in 2001, but was not convicted of that offense. During a 2002 SOSRA assessment offender admitted inappropriately touching numerous children for s*xual gratification. During the 2002 assessment he admitted some of the numerous victims were strangers.

The Yell County Sheriff’s Department is releasing the attached information to pursuant to Act 1740 and 1743 of 2001 and guidelines provided by the S*x Offender Assessment Committee established by that law.
The individual who appears has been convicted of an offense that requires registration with the Arkansas Crime Information Center. This individual is not wanted by law enforcement authorities at this time. No action on your part is required other than the type of alertness and caution that increases the safety of individuals, families, neighborhoods and communities. Should you observe suspicious behavior on the part of these individuals, do not take action on your own, but immediately notify law enforcement.
