🌟 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 🌟

𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗲𝗿, 𝗠𝗦𝗡, 𝗙𝗡𝗣-𝗕𝗖 is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Westside Family Clinic 🩺. He will be working full time at our new East Parkway location in Russellville, AR 📍.

Alan brings 15 years of nursing experience and is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients throughout the River Valley community 💙.

🎓 Alan earned his 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 from 𝗔𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 in 2011. He began his career at 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆’𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, working in the Post-Surgical Unit and Intensive Care Unit before discovering his passion for the Emergency Department 🚑.

In 2017, Alan graduated from 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 with his 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After leaving the ER, he began practicing primary care with 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰.

For the past eight years, Alan has continued serving the Russellville community while working at 𝗕𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 🏥. During this time, he also held various part-time roles in hospice, occupational health, primary care, education, and sexual health for the LGBT community.

Outside of the clinic, Alan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing games, and traveling ✈️🎲. He is married to Evan Maxwell-Walker of Atkins, AR 💍.
