RVOG reaffirms the safety of Acetaminophen use during pregnancy.

We support the latest guidance from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), which reaffirms that acetaminophen is a safe and effective option for managing pain and fever during pregnancy.

Untreated pain and fever can pose serious risks to both pregnant patients and their developing babies. Acetaminophen remains an important tool for safely managing these symptoms.

Fun fact: Our Education Director, Tiffany, had her son in July 2024 via emergency C-section at St. Mary’s Hospital. Dr. Chatterjee and the staff were a true blessing, offering incredible care and compassion throughout the entire experience. 💙
