Tonight, my favorite studio of the 3, has closed. It was perfect! Yoga is life changing, and it has been my pleasure to share what I can with everyone. Thanks for all the support and love. One of the most important things we learn from yoga is to listen to your body. It will tell you when it needs a break. This time, I am listening. It was a very hard decision, but it is what's best for me and my family. I will be taking some time off, maybe do a little yoga for myself. After that, you might catch me in the park or for private group events.
