The holidays have a way of flipping routines upside down. One minute everything feels structured and predictable and the next it’s new toys everywhere, leftover snacks, and wondering what day it is 😅
That post holiday adjustment is real for kids and families.

🎄💚 How the Grinch Used ABA Therapy to See Christmas Differently 💚🎄

The Grinch didn’t change overnight, and he didn’t change by accident.
Through an ABA-informed lens, his story shows us what meaningful behavior change really looks like: supportive environments, positive behavior recognition, small steps forward, learning by watching others, and strong social connection.

✨ When environments change, behavior can change.
✨ When positive behaviors are recognized, they grow.
✨ When progress is supported step by step, big change becomes possible.
✨ When kindness is reinforced and connection is built, change can last.

Eighteen years ago, Family Solutions Counseling Center began with humble roots as a single counseling practice. Today, that vision has grown into multiple locations, diverse service lines, and care that now crosses state lines. From those beginnings to where we stand now, the journey has been extraordinary. ✨ The best is yet to come.
