Meet our September Athlete of the Month — Davis Funderburg! 🏋️‍♂️🔥

Davis has been crushing it at CrossFit Ruston! He shows up with a great attitude, eager to learn, stays coachable, and gives 100% effort in every workout. His consistency, work ethic, and willingness to push outside his comfort zone make him such a valuable part of our community.

This weekend our community showed up in the biggest way yet—we raised $7,000 at Row for Relani🎉💕That’s the most we’ve ever raised at a fundraiser, and it’s all because of YOUR love, generosity, and support. Every dollar is going directly toward Relani’s medical bills and recovery. We are beyond grateful. CrossFit Ruston, you are truly something special!

🌟 August Athlete of the Month: Katie Lashley Davis

Katie shows up — not just for herself, but for everyone around her. She’s the definition of consistent, always giving her best effort and never cutting corners. Her work ethic speaks for itself, but what really sets her apart is her heart.

She’s a role model to her girls, showing them what strength and commitment look like — and she’s just as inspiring to everyone she works out beside. Katie encourages others, stays motivated, and makes the room better just by being in it.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of this community. Congrats, Katie! You’ve more than earned it. 💥
