Hannah’s transformation has been nothing short of incredible, and not just physically. Her consistency, hard work, and willingness to show up for herself day after day have inspired so many people in our community.
“Where do I even start? This gym has truly been life changing for me. The community is so amazing. I’ve never really felt like I belonged in a gym before, but this is one of my favorite places to be. I am physically & mentally stronger than I EVER thought I could be, and I’m getting stronger every day. I finally feel comfortable in my own skin, and this gym played a huge part in that.”
What Hannah is most proud of is the strength she’s built through showing up consistently for herself:
“I lost 110 pounds before starting here, but still could not move my body in a healthy way from years of desk work and laying around. If you would have told me that first day of bootcamp that a year and a half later I would be able to do strict pushups, handstands, and put 130 pounds over my head, I would have laughed in your face. I’ve learned what showing up for yourself can really do, and I won’t go back to putting myself on the back burner ❤️”
And for anyone nervous about starting, Hannah has the perfect advice:
“Don’t be scared, nervous, or embarrassed…just walk through the door. We all start somewhere, and this is such a welcoming place. It’s so easy to make excuses and talk yourself out of showing up, but showing up is one of the best decisions I ever made for myself. Everyone is so encouraging. There are movement scales for literally everything, and the coaches here can’t be beat.”
