Blue Sky Yoga Blue Sky Yoga studio and Eco Boutique. Yoga, mat pilates, meditation, barre, and other classes offered at set times throughout the week.

New and gently used clothing and household items, wind chimes, yoga mats, and more! At Blue Sky Yoga we offer classes for everyone. Power vinyasa flow, Hot power vinyasa flow, Hot 26/2, Yoga for Life (chair yoga), Barre, Strength and Tone, Fitness for life, Yin (meditative slow and steady stretching), and Restorative (relaxation) . There are also many workshop opportunities on a variety of subjects. Classes are offered at various times throughout the week. Classes can be purchased individually or packages are available.

We had so many good vibes from October Yoga at the Park that we scheduled another one ! 🌻☀️🧘‍♀️☮️The events of the day are listed below, and there is something for everyone. Take in the beauty of Lincoln Parish Park, practice with fabulous BSY teachers, and feel the connection and support of this community of Yogis! 🕉🙏❤️. Bring your yoga mat, a beach towel, water bottle, pack a lunch, or bring a food item for the share table.
9:30- meditation, 11:00 yoga for everybody, 12:30 Pilates, 1:30 flow, 2:45 chair cardio, 3:45 yin, 4:30 sound bath.

Passive stretching with lengthy holds in each. Focus on breath, and creating more space and ease within the body. 45 minutes. Then moving into sound bath- (30 min)
Enjoy the tones and vibrations of the quartz crystal singing bowls, symphonic gong, chimes, and other instruments. The sound waves these instruments emit encourage a more relaxed brain wave state. Guided gratitude relaxation/ meditation will also be a part of this relaxing experience. This practice is done while lying down (we have lots of blankets and firm bolsters/pillows at the studio, for comfort).
