Blue Sky Yoga Blue Sky Yoga studio and Eco Boutique. Yoga, mat pilates, meditation, barre, and other classes offered at set times throughout the week.

New and gently used clothing and household items, wind chimes, yoga mats, and more! At Blue Sky Yoga we offer classes for everyone. Power vinyasa flow, Hot power vinyasa flow, Hot 26/2, Yoga for Life (chair yoga), Barre, Strength and Tone, Fitness for life, Yin (meditative slow and steady stretching), and Restorative (relaxation) . There are also many workshop opportunities on a variety of subjects. Classes are offered at various times throughout the week. Classes can be purchased individually or packages are available.

Mark your calendars! Join us for Yoga at the Park with Blue Sky Yoga on Sunday, October 26 at Lincoln Parish Park Pavilion from 9:30am–5:30pm.

This all-day community retreat is a chance to slow down, connect, and breathe together in a beautiful open-air pavilion surrounded by nature. Your investment is $25 (students $20) — and it’s included with monthly unlimited memberships.
The day will flow with grounding meditation, accessible yoga for everybody, playful arm balances and acro yoga, energizing chair cardio, vinyasa flow, restorative yin, and a closing sound bath to wind it all down.

Whether you join for one session or the whole day, you’ll be welcomed with warmth, movement, and community.

We can’t wait to share this day with you. 🌤️

💔 A Year is Too Long to Wait 💔
Sweet Avery has spent 365 days at River Cities Humane Society for Cats hoping for her forever family. When she arrived, she was in terrible pain from stomatitis, but thanks to our supporters she received life-changing dental surgery. Now she’s a healthy, affectionate little love bug who follows people around for attention. 🐾

Her 1-year shelter anniversary is October 2nd—please don’t let her spend another year waiting.
