We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing physical therapy practice. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our patients and supporting daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Verify patient information and insurance details
• Collect co-pays and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with therapists and staff
• Handle general administrative and front desk duties
