Dandelion Iced Tea
Golden, refreshing, and foraged with love!
You’ll Need:
• 2 cups fresh dandelion petals
• Boiled water
• Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
• Fresh mint, lemon slices, or ginger (optional)
• A large glass jar or container
How to Make It:
1. Pick dandelion blooms from a clean, pesticide-free area. Harvest responsibly—take only 10% and leave the rest for the bees!
2. Rinse flowers and snip off the green parts (they can be bitter).
3. Place 2 cups of petals in a 2L jar.
4. Add 1–2 tbsp honey and your favorite extras like mint, lemon, or ginger.
5. Fill with freshly boiled water and let steep for 30 minutes.
6. Strain, cool in the fridge, or pour over ice.
Keeps for up to 5 days in the fridge.
We also freeze it into popsicles or blend it into smoothies — endless options!
