As you get ready for "Back to School", we are SUPER excited to introduce to you our NEWEST Member of our Coaching Staff here at Legacy Boxing.

Please help us welcome Stephanie Miesch. She's a mom of 4 with a serious passion for fitness, her classes are designed to get anyone and everyone in shape. With the first-hand experience of losing weight after childbirth, she's sure to get you back into super mom shape. Her background and experience come from Postpartum Fitness • TRX® • Circuit Training • Yoga • Core • Bootcamp • Boxing.

Starting Sept. 7 at 7:30pm, she will be teaching our Strike & Stretch Class and will be bringing back our Yoga in the fall.

Make sure you book this class and show her some love!
