We’re thrilled to celebrate Uche’s journey with us as he finishes his physical therapy at our office🎉

From knee pain to a stronger, steadier stride, Uche’s story is one of dedication and progress. He came to us with knee pain that was impacting his performance on the field. A former goalie at Felician University, he relied on sharp reflexes and agile movement—both of which require solid ankle mobility and knee stability.

Over the course of his treatment, we focused on:
Ankle mobility and range of motion
Knee strengthening to support stable, pain-free movement
Progressive stability training to guard against re-injury

Uche consistently demonstrated and progressed his strengthening exercises with great discipline and determination. His hard work paid off, and he’s finishing his senior year at Felician University before returning to Switzerland.

Wishing you a blessed journey ahead, Uche. Thank you for trusting us with your rehabilitation and for being a part of our community. Keep chasing your goals, on and off the field! ⚽️🏃‍♂️

🌿✨ Meet Robert, Our New Acupuncturist! ✨🌿

🌟 We are delighted to introduce Robert as the newest member of our team, bringing his expertise in acupuncture to our practice! 🌟

Robert is a licensed, board-certified Acupuncturist with over 20 of years experience practicing in the New York/Jersey area. He obtained his Masters degree in Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science and has been specializing in orthopedic injury, pain management, emotional issues, fertility, and cancer care, having worked for a time at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City and Basking Ridge.

Robert is also a certified Qi Gong instructor and practitioner of medical Qi Gong. His experiences over the years with both acupuncture and Qi Gong have allowed him to connect on a deeper level with patients, heightening his sensitivity to one’s physical as well as, emotional wellbeing. In doing so, he has successfully treated a variety health issues ranging from neck, back and joint pain, headaches, depression, anxiety, insomnia, digestive distress, fertility and much more.

Robert enjoys daily running, Qi Gong, Tai Chi and spending time with his family and two cats.
