Happy Tuesday Everyone! 🫶🏼
Time is coming closer to moving in my new studio! With that being said, I need your input on what I can add to my business to better serve you!
1. Halotherapy Sauna
Halotherapy, (salt therapy), involves breathing in microscopic salt particles in a controlled environment to reduce inflammation, decrease mucus, and kill bacteria in the respiratory tract. It is used to ease symptoms of asthma, bronchitis, COPD, and allergies, while also improving skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Some key benefits are:
Respiratory Relief: The anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties of salt can reduce inflammation in airways, open breathing passages, and increase oxygen intake. It helps relieve symptoms of asthma, chronic bronchitis, COPD, sinusitis, and smoker's cough.
Skin Improvement: Salt particles pe*****te deep into the skin's surface, helping to reduce eczema, psoriasis, acne, dermatitis, and signs of aging. It also provides natural exfoliation.
Immune System Support: The dry salt acts as an antibacterial agent, which may help cleanse the respiratory system of bacteria, pollutants, and allergens.
Relaxation and Stress Reduction: Salt rooms create a quiet, tranquil environment that can help decrease stress, calm the nervous system, and improve overall wellness.
2. Red light therapy bed
Red light therapy (RLT) beds are full-body, non-invasive, tanning-bed-style devices using red and near-infrared LED light to boost cellular energy (ATP), reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery.
How They Work: Using photobiomodulation, RLT beds emit specific wavelengths (630nm–950nm) that pe*****te the skin, accelerating collagen production and repairing tissues.
Benefits: Used by athletes and clinics to treat pain, inflammation, eczema, and skin conditions while boosting cellular energy.
Treatment Duration: The recommended usage for maximum, lasting results is typically 15–20 minutes per session, often 3–4 times a week.
