I know I’ve been a bit quiet on here, but I’ve been busy building something special for you! The final treatment room is almost ready, and I can’t wait to announce the new service menu in its entirety.

This year has been such a journey of growth so far. My goal has always been to create a space where luxury meets true wellness, and seeing it all come together is so rewarding.

One thing I’ve learned after nearly 2 decades of doing this work:

Real results don’t happen in rushed sessions.

They happen in quiet, focused environments where there’s time to slow down, assess, and actually work through the body the way it needs.

A true full body session, done thoroughly and intentionally, takes time. It’s why I’ll always prefer longer sessions and why my 90 and 120 minute bookings are becoming the most popular.

More time = better results, deeper relief, and a completely different experience.

I put together a full virtual tour so you can experience the space the same way my clients do. Every detail you see was intentionally created to feel calm, private, and immersive…not just a place to get a service, but a space to fully reset with absolutely no background noise or interruption.

You’ll also see the new stretch room! A space I’ve been building over the past couple of weeks. It’s officially ready and assisted stretch sessions will be available for booking soon. I’m very proud of this room, I painted and laid the flooring myself!

I’ve been seeing more clients book the 120 minute session with the Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (muscle scraper) add-on, and it’s quickly becoming my favorite service.

Adding this enhancement turns your session into a full 2 hours and 10 minutes of focused, full body work!

The addition of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization allows me to go deeper and more specifically into areas of restriction, while also creating a different sensory experience that most people end up loving.

Long sessions have always been my preference as a therapist and when you combine that time with the precision of the tools, the results speak for themselves.

I’ve made an intentional decision to further specialize my practice rather than expanding into esthetics.

After reviewing client feedback, it’s clear that you value the therapeutic and restorative components of our sessions above all else. My clients say they prioritize therapeutic results over traditional skincare services. That is where I produce the most measurable results, where my passion truly lies, and where my focus will remain.

What this means for you:

• Focused Care: As demand for my services grows, my priority is staying available to you. Stepping away for full time schooling doesn't align with the current needs of my practice.

• Curated Skincare: While I won't be performing facials, I will soon introduce a curated retail line for at home use. (Please note: I do not / will not diagnose or treat skin conditions).

• New Horizons: I’ve been developing some exciting new offerings behind the scenes. Think beauty...think...tattoos? Beauty tattoos? You’ll see soon enough! ☺️

The beautiful new wall colors will be finished TODAY! And although I was originally told the new flooring wouldn't arrive until next Monday...it's actually arriving TODAY!

This means your new Assisted Stretching room will be fully completed much sooner than I anticipated! I’m so close to launching this amazing new service to help you improve flexibility, range of motion, and feel deeper relaxation.

This is what happens when you treat the face, scalp, neck, and shoulders like the structural areas they actually are.

Craniofacial & Scalp Restoration goes beyond relaxation! It addresses jaw tension, scalp restriction, and the deeper muscle layers most services don’t reach, while also releasing the neck and shoulders where that tension is often anchored.

These chilled metal tools are a key part of my Craniofacial & Scalp Restoration sessions.

Every tool I use is selected for more than how it feels, it’s chosen for how it functions. Designed to relax yes, but also to support true physiological well being.

The controlled cold application helps reduce superficial inflammation, calm nerve activity, and create a noticeable tightening effect in the tissue. When paired with targeted facial, neck, and scalp work, it enhances circulation while also encouraging lymphatic movement.

Clients typically notice:
• Reduced facial puffiness
• Relief in jaw and temple tension
