February’s Resident Choice Award goes to CARLA! Carla is the employee that will do her job and help the other staff with theirs. She has been with Oakland since we opened in 2023. She is dependable and always willing to pick up shifts when needed. She is kind to everyone and we are extremely thankful she is ours!! ❤️ Congratulations Carla!! This is well deserved!
