Health & Wellness Services

Community Health has Primary Care Offices offering a full range of primary care services including preventative health care (annual physicals, work physicals, school, camp and sports physicals), women’s health care, well-child care, including immunizations, management of chronic or serious illness, minor office procedures (including laceration repair and removal of skin lesions), and workers comp injuries. X-ray and laboratory services are available at some of our locations. Hospital care is provided by Rutland Regional Medical Center Hospital (RRMC). RRMC is a hospital-based practice specializing exclusively in providing in-patient care. Arrangements for admission to other hospitals can be arranged as needed. Community Health Pediatrics provides hospital care for our pediatric patients. Community Health complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or s*x. We were excited that
Rep. Becca Balint stopped by Community Health Brandon today during her scheduled afternoon at the Brandon Library. During her tour of the clinic, she spoke with (and took a selfie with) our Care Manager, Laura Morin, RN. She also spoke with our CEO, Mike Gardner, and had a conversation with Dr. Kim Kurak. The Congresswoman was interested in hearing about the patients we care for, the issues we are facing, and discussing the work our Behavioral Health clinic is doing to serve our patients.
