WORKSHOPS and SPECIAL EVENTS
- Winter Wellness Challenge: February 4, 2026 to February 11, 2026. It's now underway! See how many spaces you can fill on the Winter Wellness Challenge Bingo Board! Prizes are available for everyone who participates, and extra prizes for the first person to get "Bingo," anyone who completes at least 5 spaces, and the person who completes the most spaces is crowned as Champion! This is a one week challenge! Good luck! (Point totals due by 2-12-2026 at 12 PM)
- By Invitation Only Fitness/Wellness Class: Monday, February 16, 2026, 6-7 PM. This virtual class is open to everyone who participates in the Winter Wellness Challenge. Participants will vote as we move through the class what they want included in it. Cardio? Strength? Yoga? Meditation? Self-Massage? You decide!
