Why is it that bad habits are so much easier to make than good ones?

Setting up good habits can be so much harder than breaking the bad ones. Here's why we do what we gotta do.

Cross-Education Training. Essentially it's this: when exercising one limb, neurologically the other limb will act in kind. Sending impulses to the corresponding muscles on a more subtle but nonetheless effective level. I must admit. that, the day after this workout, my injured right arm felt as if it actually had done some exercise! Also my passive range of motion and inflammation had greatly improved. Full recovery here we come!

Fitness is not a chore—it’s woven into your day-to-day habits. If you let it.

Remember when you were a kid and movement was effortless? Running, jumping, climbing—it was play, not exercise. That ability is still inside you. Somewhere along the way, modern life made us forget that we are all born athletes. But here’s the truth: fitness isn’t about “getting in shape.” It’s about reclaiming what was always yours.

Your body was designed to move, to be strong, to endure. And no matter where you’re starting from today, you have an athlete inside you. The question is: are you ready to wake it up?

Let’s start small. Move with intention today. A walk, a stretch, a deep breath. Your body remembers.

Influencers are not Coaches.

If your feed is anything like mine, it’s filled with scores of hyper-fit people doing extraordinary things: Lifting fantastic weights. Running extreme distances in record time. Giving radical diet and exercise advice.

Influencers are just Digital Circus Freaks; they know nothing about YOU.

You are different. You are NOT a circus freak. A person’s fitness needs and skills, differ greatly from person to person. Your skills, your genetics, your background will differ greatly from the latest influencer freak to catch your eye.

A Coach knows the athlete as an individual. They know your experience, your goals, your lifestyle and most importantly, your needs.

And that’s what I love most about coaching. When I coach, it’s like having a birds-eye view of a person; I see their skills and talents, their challenges and struggles.

Coaching is taking that information and relaying that in a way that helps the athlete navigate their challenge to reach a new level of achievement:
The new personal record, the winning time, loosing big weight, doing something that never thought could be done.

These are the good times

Influencers CAN’T do that. Influencers WON’T do that.

They’re doing everything for views and likes.

Views and likes are not achieved through practical, perhaps boring, but incredibly effective advice.

That’s where your Coach comes in.

Big leaps don't happen as often as a one might want. Progress comes in fits and starts. The daily work is a grind of repetition, a building and reinforcing of the foundations that lead us to great things. Your Coach is there to help you through the Grind.

The Grind can be boring. And when people get bored, they start scrolling.
And when they scroll, they find the latest Influencer Circus Freak.
But they don't know you. They don't care.

Your Coach knows you, Your Coach sees you.
Two, three or more days a week, your Coach is there for you, ready to task you, to help you push your limits, sensibly and methodically. Your Coach sees the forest through the trees and will guide you through.

Stay focused. Pay attention. Put in the work. Reap the rewards.

Your Coach has got your back.
