October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!🩷

At FCCS, we stand strong with our patients, families, and community in the fight against breast cancer. Early detection saves lives and your primary care provider is your first line of defense. 💗

Regular check-ups with your P*P are more than just a routine visit, they’re an opportunity to talk about your health, discuss your risk factors, and make sure you’re up to date on important screenings like mammograms and preventive lab work. Many forms of cancer, including breast cancer, are most treatable when caught early.

✨ Exciting New Offering ✨
We are excited to share that FCCS clinician Suzanne Mueller, LCMHC will be leading Authentic Movement Classes through her personal practice, Move With Mountains (movewithmountains.com)! 🌿

This 4-week series invites clients, staff, and community members (non-clients welcome!) to explore contemplative and meditative movement in a safe, supportive space. No dance experience needed — all movers and all abilities are welcome.

🗓 Wednesdays, Oct. 15 – Nov. 5
⏰ 6:15–7:30/7:45pm
📍 FCCS Group Room
💲 $150 for full 4-week session | $45 per class
⚠️ Registration closes 48 hours before each class

Through guided meditation, movement practice, and reflection, Authentic Movement can help reduce stress, increase self-awareness, support nervous system regulation, and foster authentic self-expression.
