💬 Meet Traci — Clinical Manager

If you ask Traci what her life looks like outside of work these days, she’ll probably laugh and say one word: “puppy.” Her new chocolate lab has quickly taken over her free time, and her heart, as she’s deep in the adorable chaos of puppy training. “Otherwise, I like to be crafty,” she says, which checks out given her creativity and hands-on spirit.

When she does get a moment to relax, Traci loves turning on her comfort TV shows. “I will forever be a fan of Friends and Grey’s Anatomy,” she says. And honestly? Same, Traci. Same. Pivot!!!

One of her favorite memories comes from an iconic concert she once attended: Billy Joel and Elton John performing together in a dueling-pianos show. “Amazing!” she says, and that feels like an understatement. Musically, she’s also got a go-to karaoke anthem that never fails: Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive.” We think it fits her perfectly, strong, spirited, and always ready to rise.

Here’s something people might not know:
In the summertime, Traci and her spouse can be found out on the open roads, riding their motorcycles and soaking up what she calls a little “wind therapy.”

At home, life is beautifully full. Traci has an 11-year-old Shih Tzu, a 4-year-old chocolate Labradoodle, and the family’s newest addition, a 9-week-old chocolate lab puppy, and 12 chickens!

When it comes to food, Traci doesn’t hesitate: ice cream. “Because is there anything better?!?” she says. And honestly, it's hard to argue with that logic.

Whether she’s crafting something beautiful, belting out classic ’70s empowerment ballads, training a very energetic puppy, or cruising back roads on her motorcycle, Traci brings joy, presence, and authenticity into everything she does.

Stay tuned for the next leader we highlight!

This Thanksgiving, we are grateful to be part of local communities that foster support and connection. The relationships we build within our neighborhoods create a sense of belonging and shared purpose. As we gather with loved ones, we recognize the strength and warmth that come from being connected to those around us. Wishing everyone a safe and healthy holiday!

If you’re age 70 and a half years old, or older, and have a traditional IRA or 401(k), you need to take a required minimum distribution (RMD) each year. But did you know you can use it to support a cause close to your heart and reduce your taxable income?

By making a qualified charitable distribution directly from your IRA to our agency, you can:

-Satisfy your RMD.
-Avoid additional income tax.
-Provide compassionate home health and hospice care to your neighbors in need.

Your gift can help deliver wound care to a rural patient, offer emotional support to a grieving family or provide comfort to someone in their final days.

This is more than smart financial planning. It's a win-win: smart giving that supports care with dignity.

To get started, talk to your financial advisor or contact us directly, 802-770-1543.
