Hi, I'm Steph Cyr. Rutland is my home. I Instruct Level 1 & 2 Hot Pilates and I'm training in Yin Yoga. My life is filled with love - my beautiful daughter, amazing son-in-law, and our new baby grandson! When I'm not busy with family, you can find me staying active with golf, snowboarding, swimming, and more!

I'm Steph Cyr, based in Rutland. As a Level 1 & 2 Inferno Hot Pilates instructor and Yin Yoga trainee, I love sharing the benefits of movement.
