Two years ago today we officially became licensed! I’m so thankful for my team, some have been with us from the very start and others have joined us along the way, but each of them play such an important role and we wouldn’t be where we are today without them! I’m also so thankful for all of the families who put their trust in us to provide high quality care and education. It takes a village and we are beyond grateful to be a part of yours!

We were so lucky to have the Rutland Library, Community Care Network, Killington Police Department, East Coast Rubbish Removal and Rutland City Firefighters make special appearances! We love our community and making connections!

We collaborate with Lets Grow Kids to emphasize the importance of Early Childhood Education and high-quality, affordable childcare. We dedicated a few hours on this rainy morning to supporting a local 5k run for prevention and engaging with community members about REECAs purpose. Hi friends and families! I am Emma Kelly and I am the assistant 1 year old teacher at Beginnings and Beyond Early Education Center. Ever since I can remember I have always wanted to work with young children. Helping them learn and watching them grow is the most rewarding feeling. I am currently taking classes at ccv to earn my associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy building my knowledge in child development and early education, I know it will help me to be a better teacher for my students and provide them with high quality care.

Hello! I'm Ms. Tabby! I am the Assistant Teacher in the two-year-old room at Beginnings & Beyond Early Education Center. I am a native to Rutland County, and have worked in various early childhood centers since my senior year of high school. Over the last eight years I have worked with a variety of age groups; I absolutely adore working with young children, and I especially enjoy sharing my passion for art with them. Outside of my work life, I live with my boyfriend and our two cats- Loki and Nebula (they are our babies). I also enjoy spending time with my two nephews, and spend a lot of time working on my various art projects. I am so thankful to be able to work with our wonderful staff and children at BBEEC!

I’m Emma Ryan, the assistant 4-year-old teacher at Beginnings & Beyond Early Education Center. I graduated from Castleton University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in social work. I was introduced to the center through an internship at Rutland Mental Health, where I learned my passion for working with this age group.

Hello friends and families,

I'm Ms. Margaret, the lead infant teacher here at BBEEC and I can not be more thankful for Marie and her husband Shaun, for letting me be apart of their journey in business ownership.

I am a wife and a mom of a 19 month old little girl and two teenagers (lord help me.)

I have always had a passion for teaching and caring for children of all ages. I believe this began at a very young age, due to, both my Mother and Grandmother being teachers. Some of my most cherished memories are of times spent within my mother’s classroom. Those days spent helping her, helped grow the passion I now have for teaching young children.

I started my career in Early Education later in life, working for a wonderful woman who ran an in home daycare. Her passion and advocacy for high quality education encouraged me to return to school, in 2016. Three years later I graduated with my associates in Early Ed, following a philosophy that every child deserves to be educated with high quality care, no matter their abilities. I strive to maintain and grow my education by attending trainings and classes that will expand my knowledge about the growth and development of the children in my care.

Meet Julia! My co-director and lead 3 year old teacher!

Hello friends and families! I’m Julia Posch I am the co-director and lead Three-year-old teacher at Beginnings & Beyond Early Education Center. Ever since I can remember I have always wanted to become a teacher. Helping my students learn and grow while we explore the world around us has been a joy and I wouldn't change it for the world!
I have my associate's in Early Childhood Education and am currently enrolled in a bachelor's program that will help me obtain my teaching license. I also plan on going for a master's degree. I am dedicated to being a lifelong learner, which means I am continuously seeking out training, or researching how I can provide the highest quality care possible for my students and their families. Much like Marie, I am also an advocate for Affordable High-Quality Early Childhood Education and Educators.

My name is Marie Williams, I am the owner and director of Beginnings & Beyond Early Education Center. Pictured with me is my husband, Shaun who you will see occasionally helping within the center and he helps me with a lot of behind the scenes work. Shaun and I have 2 beautiful children; Tobias (2) and Olivianna (3 weeks). I have always had a passion for working with children and families and providing high quality care and education to young children is my priority!
I have my associates degree in Early Childhood Education and am almost completed with my Bachelor’s. At the end of the program I am in, I will receive my teaching license and serve as a licensed preschool teacher within the center.
Aside from attaining my degree, I am often continuing my education by taking trainings and attending conferences directly related to early childhood.
You will also find me advocating for Affordable High-Quality Early Childhood Education and for Educators as there is nothing more important to invest in for the future!
Opening my own Early Childhood Education center has always been a dream of mine and I am so thankful to have an amazing village who have helped make it happen!
