True Yoga Vermont, formerly Bikram Yoga Mendon, grew out of one... and as they say, build it, and the rest will come...

I moved here to Vermont, like many others, with no plans to stay. As grass roots as it gets, on arrival I pulled out my mat, turned on the space heater and began to stretch. Eleven years later we are a thriving community of the most amazing people practicing Bikram Yoga, Baptiste Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, pumping out cold pressed juice, hosting healing retreats world wide and plans for much much more.

Join us for class, join us for community, join us for a tall glass of juice - any day you want to - We can’t wait to see you! In terms of the yoga - its for everybody, every age, every ability level - you are never too old, too sick, too broken, to start from scratch again. One class you will feel reborn - you will feel connected again!
